3 min readOpen a ready-made canvas
Choose a presentation in ShowCase and select Open in web editor. A new tab opens an editable copy. Select Slide Show (Ctrl/⌘+Enter) to follow its frames; use O for the full canvas and Esc to return to editing. On a small screen, open the panels from the top bar to see the frame list.

Edit text, move shapes, or change frame order without changing the original on the server. Use Ctrl/⌘+S to keep an editable .canvaslide copy: Chromium-based browsers ask where to save it and write later saves to that file, while Safari and Firefox download a copy each time. You can also download the source from ShowCase and open it in the desktop app. Browser edits are not saved automatically. Reloading an example link opens the original again.
Direct example links
An editor URL with ?example=one-order opens the named example directly, including on refresh. Only catalog IDs work; a file path or another website URL cannot be used. If both a share link and an example ID are present, the share link takes priority. Loading can be cancelled. Unknown IDs and invalid files leave the current canvas unchanged; download failures offer a retry.
